Dairy but without the lactose

Fairlife starts off with high quality milk blast chilled down to 37 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, the milk is put through a series of filters to separates into water, fat, protein, vitamins and minerals, and lactose. We recombine the parts to end up with a lactose-free milk that has 50% more protein and 50% less sugar.
