Milk Care: How to Add Milk to Your Skin Care Routine

There are many nutritional benefits to drinking and eating dairy products, but did you know that it can also aide in helping your skin health? From milk baths to face masks, Fairlife can help you glow from the inside out. Here are 3 ways you can incorporate our products into your beauty routine:


Milk Bath


It might seem a bit odd to soak your body in milk, but this practice has been in use for centuries, leaving people with smooth, hydrated, and gently exfoliated skin. Add rose petals or skin safe essential oils for an extra touch!


Here's what you can use next time you want to soak in Fairlife:

For liquid milk add 1 cup to 2 cups into warm bathwater. You can use either fresh or canned milk (not sweetened). We recommend our Full Fat milks or Whole Milk for the softest feel!


For powdered milk add 1/3 cup to 2/3 cup powdered milk into warm bathwater.


 

Skin Mask

Use the soothing and nourishing properties of our milk in your at home face masks.

Acne Clearing

  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • A pinch of turmeric powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Nourishing

  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 1/4 ripe avocado

Exfoliating

  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon ground oatmeal
